Death On The Balcony's 'Hello Cielo' opens this collection of tracks, a mechanically ebbing minefield of extraordinary groove and swagger. Remixed by fellow Leeds cohort, Simon Baker, a true future British electronic pioneer following a slew of triumphant releases on labels such as Playhouse, Rekids, Get Physical, Cocoon and 2020 Vision. Remixing Death On The Balcony's deep-throated production was a good fit for Baker's sound, firmly taking the wheel and adding some more ferocity for the dancefloor.
The second set of tracks come from the new generation of artists, Josh Tweek and Patrick Graeser. Tweek's 'Bit The Shed' attracts the house-orientated ears with rolling basslines and intricate percussion while Graeser's 'Madonna' follows up his Liebe*Detail smash with a heavyweight electronic fusion of devastating sound.
